We are delighted to confirm Plum Park Hotel was handed over to our client in early December 2020 less than 12 months after the hotel suffered a devastating fire. Vaughan Consultancy acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor and appointed the Conservation Architect (James Mackintosh Architects), M&E Consultant (LAM Associates) and Structural Engineer (JPP Consulting).

The contract was negotiated with DJH Ravcon Limited with all individual trade packages competitively tendered.

The Arts and Crafts inspired house has been sympathetically restored to a high standard. The client has also upgraded the existing conservatory with a beautiful orangery which will accommodate larger wedding ceremonies and events.
